Responsibilities:

1. As a Shipping consultant, you'll be the go-to person for expertly handling packages, ensuring they are adequately packaged, labeled, and ready for their journey. From domestic to international deliveries, you'll navigate various shipping carriers and utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide top-notch service.

2. Deliver Smiles: Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable customer experiences. Your genuine smile, friendly demeanor, and ability to build rapport will brighten our customers' day as you assist them with their shipping needs, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions.

3. From printing and copying to mailbox rentals and notary services, you'll wear multiple hats and become a versatile team player. Each day will be different as you dive into various tasks, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

- Associate Degree or three consecutive years minimum experience in a retail environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Familiarity with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
